SÉLAVA OILS™ TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to SÉLAVA OILS™. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and related content. Throughout these Terms, “SÉLAVA OILS™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SÉLAVA OILS™ and its owner, representatives, and affiliates.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through our website.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchasing, billing, shipping, and account information.
2. Products and Availability
SÉLAVA OILS™ offers hair, scalp, face, and body-care products formulated with oils, botanicals, and other ingredients.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to:
- Limit product quantities;
- Discontinue or modify products;
- Refuse or cancel an order;
- Correct product descriptions, prices, or errors; and
- Restrict sales to any person, household, geographic area, or jurisdiction when reasonably necessary.
Because many of our products contain natural ingredients, slight differences in color, scent, texture, or consistency may occur. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, colors, sizes, and prices accurately. However, colors and product appearances may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and natural ingredient variations.
Product information is provided for general educational and cosmetic purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
4. Safe Product Use
Customers are responsible for reading all product labels, directions, ingredients, warnings, and storage instructions before use.
Before using a product extensively, perform a patch test on a small area. Stop using the product immediately if irritation, redness, swelling, itching, burning, or another adverse reaction occurs. Seek medical attention when appropriate.
Unless the label specifically states otherwise:
- Products are for external use only;
- Avoid contact with the eyes;
- Do not ingest;
- Keep products out of the reach of children; and
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, receiving medical treatment, have allergies, or have a known skin or scalp condition.
Individual results will vary. Testimonials, photographs, reviews, and customer experiences do not guarantee that every customer will receive the same results.
5. Orders and Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we provide confirmation or begin processing it.
You authorize us and our payment-processing providers to charge the payment method submitted for the full amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other disclosed charges.
We may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, resale concerns, or inaccurate customer information. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
6. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, bundles, and product availability may change without advance notice.
Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, local, or other taxes associated with their purchases.
Promotional codes may be limited by date, product, customer, or order. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted and have no cash value.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and processing estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, supply issues, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any notice, delay option, cancellation right, or refund required by applicable law.
SÉLAVA OILS™ is not responsible for a package after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. Customers should contact us promptly regarding packages that arrive damaged, contain incorrect products, or appear to be lost in transit.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order cancellations are governed by the Return and Refund Policy posted on our website at the time of purchase.
For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, opened, used, altered, contaminated, or improperly stored personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers should report damaged, leaking, defective, missing, or incorrect items within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage may be required.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires a refund.
9. Intellectual Property
The SÉLAVA OILS™ name, logo, tagline, product names, formulas, photographs, videos, graphics, labels, packaging, website content, written materials, and other brand elements are owned by or licensed to SÉLAVA OILS™ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, imitate, reverse engineer, or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, relabel, repackage, or resell it unless you have a separate written wholesale or resale agreement with SÉLAVA OILS™.
10. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to share it;
- The content accurately reflects your experience;
- The content does not violate another person’s rights; and
- The content is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent.
You grant SÉLAVA OILS™ a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, display, edit for length or formatting, and use submitted content for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.
We may remove customer content that violates these Terms.
11. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our website or services to:
- Violate any law or regulation;
- Commit fraud or submit false information;
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with website security;
- Collect information about other users without authorization;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems;

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee particular cosmetic, hair-growth, skin-care, scalp-care, or wellness results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SÉLAVA OILS™ and its owner, employees, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim, except where a greater remedy is required by law.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SÉLAVA OILS™, its owner, representatives, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our website or products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

If you choose to receive marketing emails or text messages, you consent to receive communications from SÉLAVA OILS™ at the information provided.
Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You may unsubscribe from emails using the provided link and opt out of marketing text messages by following the instructions included in the message. Message and data rates may apply.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if we reasonably believe a person has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, threatened our systems or customers, or used our services unlawfully.
Obligations that logically continue after termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.
